I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The pool area was my favorite spot - I and my son spent hours there, enjoying the refreshing water. The bar staff had a positive attitude and provided excellent service. The housekeeping staff was also outstanding, ensuring that our room was always clean and tidy. The female front desk staff deserves a special mention - they were excellent and helpful, even when I had an issue with my room. They promptly fixed the problem and made sure our stay was perfect. The location was also great, as it was close to everything in this city.
Cannot find any fault.

Great pool area and free breakfast. Location is convenient for exploring the area. the staff is friendly and accommodating.
Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was a disappointing experience. the noise from nearby establishments and streets kept us up most of the night.

The bar staff were friendly and always had a positive attitude. The location of the hotel was great, very convenient and close to everything. I also really appreciated the helpfulness of the housekeeping staff, they kept our room clean and tidy throughout our stay.
The beds in the dorm were really uncomfortable, one even broke during our stay. The noise from the staff working in the morning and the bright light shining through the dorm window made it difficult to sleep.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was close to everything we needed - bars, restaurants, and shops. the pool area was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. the breakfast was a bonus, and the staff were helpful and caring towards the guests. our room was comfortable and clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining it.
We did experience some noise from the nearby school in the morning, which woke us up early.
